Moqueca is a Bahian specialty – a fish stew made of palm oil (dendê), coconut milk, lime, tomatoes, onion and bell pepper. Moqueca definitely is a dish to try while in Salvador!! Sunset Lobster Caipirinha Trip on the Bay of All Saints –  Tour guide Eric will take you on his 100 year old boat for a tour of Bahia Todos os Santos. At around 2pm on a Saturday (or Friday) the boat sets off for Ilha da Maré, for a delicious dinner of freshly caught lobster. The perfect accompaniment, caipirinhas, are also included! The boat leaves the island and brings everybody back home around night fall. R$170 per person.
